Three Tier Bridal Snow Theme Cake :  "Hi there Natalie. This is Adrian. You did our wedding cake just past in June. Rebecca and I just wanted to thank you again for the cake. I think Rebecca sent you a note already, but I needed to say how much I loved it. Working in catering, I get to often try cakes of all sorts, wedding cakes during the season as well. And I truly, honestly have to say that your cake was perhaps the best, moistest cake I have ever had. I was so impressed with it, I'm just sad I didn't get to have more of it than I did. It was absolutely wonderful. I've tried other wedding cakes that have a dry, lacking flavor and average taste to them. Your's was beyond anything I have ever tried. It was excellent, moist and I just wanted to let you know how happy we both really were with your cake.
